How do I log a meal?

Tap the plus button on your dashboard, then search the food database, scan a barcode, or snap a photo and let AI estimate the macros for you.

How does the AI photo estimation work?

Take a photo of your meal and MacroMind's AI analyzes it to estimate calories, protein, carbs, and fat. Estimates are approximations, so for precise tracking use the database search or barcode scanner.

How do I manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select MacroMind to change or cancel your plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, select MacroMind, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select your MacroMind purchase to request a refund.

My food search is not finding an item. What do I do?

Try searching with simpler terms, like the brand name plus the food type. You can also scan the barcode if the item has one, or log it manually with custom macros.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at hello@dascales.com with the subject line Delete My Account from the email linked to your account, and we will remove your data within 30 days.

The app is not working correctly. What should I do?

First, make sure you have the latest version installed from the App Store. Then try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, email us at hello@dascales.com with a description of the problem and your device model.
