Opt-In Details: how and when you opted in, such as a missed call, a web form submission, or a text keyword. 3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to send the automated follow-up messages you or the business you contacted opted in to receive, to respond to your questions, to maintain accurate lead and communication records for our clients, and to troubleshoot and improve our messaging systems.

4. SMS Program Details

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us or the business you contacted. You may receive one or more automated messages following a missed call, and occasional related follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

5. Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories, such as account status, will not be shared with third parties. This applies regardless of any other language in this policy.

6. How We Share Information

We share limited information with service providers who help us operate the program, including our SMS carrier (Twilio) and the CRM or spreadsheet tools used to manage leads, solely to deliver the service. We share relevant contact and message details with the specific business you contacted, since our service acts on that business's behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain contact and message information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and maintain accurate business records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@dascales.com.

8. Your Choices

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to immediately stop receiving texts from that number. Help: reply HELP, or email hello@dascales.com. Access or deletion: contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, or to request that it be deleted.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
