DA Scales SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DA Scales SMS text messaging program ("Program"). By opting in to receive text messages from DA Scales, or from a business that uses our automated messaging service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Program Description

DA Scales provides automated SMS follow-up services on behalf of the businesses we work with. For example, when a customer calls a business and the call isn't answered, our system can automatically send a follow-up text so the customer gets a quick reply instead of waiting on hold or calling back. Messages may include appointment or lead follow-up, answers to questions, and occasional information about the business's services.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, to opt in to this Program.

4. How to Opt In

You can opt in by calling a business that uses DA Scales' automated text-back service, by submitting your phone number through a web form and agreeing to receive text messages, by texting a keyword such as START to a DA Scales-managed number, or verbally when speaking with a business that uses our service.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us or the business you contacted. You may receive one or more automated messages following a missed call, and occasional follow-up messages related to your inquiry.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

7. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that number. To start again, opt in as you did originally, or contact us directly.

8. Help

If you experience issues with the Program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@dascales.com.

9. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control. This Program is available on most major US mobile carriers.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Program is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our program evolves. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
