DA Scales SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DeAaron Musandu (DA Scales) SMS text messaging program ("Program"). By opting in to receive text messages from DA Scales, you agree to these Terms.

2. Program Description

DA Scales sends text messages to people who have contacted DA Scales directly about our AI automation services. Messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up on that inquiry. DA Scales does not send messages on behalf of other businesses under this program, and does not send third-party or affiliate marketing.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older, and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, to opt in to this Program.

4. How to Opt In

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the contact form at dascales.com, by texting START or YES to (720) 707-2803, or by giving verbal permission on a call you place to DA Scales at (720) 707-2803 after we read you the full disclosure. Consent is never required to buy anything or to submit a form.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with DA Scales. You may receive one or more automated messages after you contact us or after a missed call, and occasional follow-up messages related to that inquiry.

6. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your text or data plan.

7. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from that number. To start again, opt in as you did originally, or contact us directly.

8. Help

If you experience issues with the Program, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at hello@dascales.com.

9. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control. This Program is available on most major US mobile carriers.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Program is also governed by our SMS Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our program evolves. Continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
